Ergonomic design and a large display with simple charging instructions and ad-hoc payment option provide convenience for new users, while optional integration with external sensor devices such as parking sensors helps to improve infrastructure accessibility and optimize usage patterns.

EASY-TO-USE TOUCH DISPLAY

The user interface with support for multiple languages is easy to use and provides all the necessary information for first-time and advanced users. If a departure time is entered, the charging process can also be carried out at reduced power, thus reducing the load on the power grid and the vehicle battery.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT MADE EASY

The contactless payment module enables faster ad-hoc use without registration and thus increases user convenience. In a cluster of chargers, the master station can serve as a payment terminal for the entire group, further reducing the operating costs of the charging infrastructure.

EASY INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

The INCH Duo charging station was developed for all users. The maintenance area of the station is easily accessible via a wide-opening maintenance door, where click-in component modules ensure faster on-site maintenance. Additional tilt and door status sensors provide immediate information in the event of a traffic accident or vandalism, helping you to increase infrastructure security and keep your network in top shape.

WEB INTERFACE FOR REMOTE TROUBLESHOOTING

Monitor and manage the charging process via the advanced web interface from either a phone or computer. The web app works on any device in the same network and gives the user a detailed insight into the energy consumption and charging process.
